I am an HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist with a PhD in Psychology, offering online therapy for individuals and couples across the UK.

With over six years of post-qualification experience, my work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and EFT, and informed by a relational, integrative approach to trauma, grief, and relationship difficulties.

I offer a calm, attentive space where experiences can be explored with care and without judgement. I meet you with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care, and hold the therapeutic relationship as central to my work.

I’m Dr Bêne, an HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist offering online therapy to individuals and couples across the UK. I work with people who are navigating experiences such as grief, anxiety, trauma, stress, or difficulties in relationships, often when things feel overwhelming or hard to make sense of.
